Mission Magnum Centrifugal Pumps
The NOV Mission centrifugal pump line has proven to be the best oilfield centrifugal pump for more than 70 years, due to its high quality and reliability. Mission provides technical expertise for pumping systems, fluid end expendables, pressure control systems, flowline equipment, and continuous technology development of fluid management systems.
Over 70 years as the industry’s top oilfield centrifugal pump line. The Mission Magnum I features a rotating assembly housed by a stationary assembly that work in unison to transfer fluid. The rotating assembly consists of a shaft, bearings, mechanical seal (when equipped), and impeller. Only NOV’s engineering department knows the exact dimensions, tolerances, load capacities and design parameters necessary to provide high quality pumps that ensure the longest run times and peak performance. Thousands of these pumps have been sold since the original design and have proven to be extremely reliable when properly applied and maintained.

Tri-Phaze System (Multiphase Transfer)
Multiphase pumping has become a critical component in modern oil and gas production systems, providing cost savings and operational flexibility across applications from onshore heavy oil to subsea conventional oil production.
NOV’s innovative, patented, and engineered multiphase transfer Tri-Phaze Pump System solution is based on their field-proven progressing cavity pump. The Tri-Phaze handles oil, water, gas, and formation solids (sand) simultaneously, eliminating the need for separate separation equipment at the wellhead. This simplifies surface facilities, reduces capital expenditure, and improves flow assurance across a wide range of production scenarios. The system is designed for both onshore and offshore applications where multiphase production must be transported efficiently.
Reciprocating Plunger Pumps
More than one hundred years of industry-leading expertise behind the best range of positive displacement reciprocating pumps in the market. As the industry leading manufacturer of reciprocating pumps, NOV offers a large array of field-proven, reliable multiplex plunger pumps.
NOV’s multiplex plunger pumps are single-acting, continuous duty pumps built for the most demanding applications. The line includes models from the 30T-2 through the 300Q-5, as well as larger frames (184T-7, 308T-7, 543Q-7). Cast Nickel Aluminum Bronze is the most common stocked cylinder, with other metallurgies available. Splash-gravity lubrication with oversized main bearings ensures long service life. All pumps are 100% factory tested and backed by detailed installation, care, and operation documentation.
The BEAR BD-60 and BD-85 triplex pumps are splash-gravity lubricated with all main bearings and crankshaft bearings fed by splash. Crossheads and crosshead pin bushings are fed through holes in the crossheads and crosshead reservoir. When equipped, the packing lubricator is run on an auxiliary pump and force-fed into the stuffing boxes. Designed for continuous duty in pipeline, process, and industrial fluid transfer applications.
