MKE-PRO & MCY Series Cycling & Digital Refrigerated Dryers

Mikropor MCY Series Cycling air dryers supply constant air quality with energy-saving thermal mass technology. Glycol cooling components are all stainless steel. Electrical panel separated from service areas of the dryer. Moisture saturated compressed air enters a Particulate Pre-Filter then into the Thermal Mass Dryer, travels through a Coalescing Pre Filter and then the 3-in-1 Heat Exchanger. As the compressed air passes through, it is cooled by the cold Thermal Mass System and water vapor condenses into liquid and is removed with the drain system. The MCY Series incorporates the exclusive kW-CY ESD Controller which reduces energy consumption and automatically shuts the dryer down when the compressor is stopped during nights, weekends, and holidays.

MMD-P doesn’t need any electrical connection for producing dry compressed air. For that reason, it can install in any place. The pneumatic operation makes the MMD-P ideal for remote locations, hazardous environments, or anywhere electrical power is unavailable or impractical.
