Tri-Lobe Positive Displacement Blowers
The ZG Series tri-lobe positive displacement blower delivers higher efficiency and quieter operation than traditional bi-lobe designs. The most common general-purpose blower in the Eurus lineup, suitable for a wide range of industrial and wastewater applications.
The ZG Series tri-lobe blower is Eurus’s most versatile general-purpose blower. The drive shaft, located on only one rotor, can be driven in one direction and is suitable for direct or belt driven applications. Directly coupling the motor to the driveshaft allows for maximum power transmission efficiency. The integrated feet on all sides of the housing allow for universal installation — in both vertical and horizontal configurations, the blower can be mounted from any side, top, or bottom. Available in 3″, 4″, and 8″ port sizes with airflow from 70 to 6,355 CFM. Also available as factory standard packages (FSP) with common base, discharge silencer, spring supported motor mount tension base, and automatic V-belt tensioning — with or without sound enclosure (EBox).
Bi-Lobe Positive Displacement Blowers
The MB Series bi-lobe positive displacement blower is an economical, rugged blower used for standard industrial and wastewater applications. A proven workhorse built on over 55 years of manufacturing heritage from Shandong Zhangqiu Blower Co., Ltd.
The MB Series bi-lobe positive displacement blower delivers reliable performance at a competitive price point. Designed for standard industrial and wastewater aeration applications where a rugged, economical blower solution is needed. Available as bare shaft units or as complete factory standard blower packages with common base, discharge silencer, spring supported motor mount tension base, and automatic V-belt tensioning. Also available with the EBox sound enclosure for noise-sensitive environments.
Drop-In Replacement PD Blowers
The ZZ Series bi-lobe PD blower is a unique drop-in replacement for Roots URAI, Sutorbilt Legend, and MD Competitor (CP) blowers. Same bolt patterns, same connections — just swap it in.
The ZZ Series is a direct drop-in replacement for Ingersoll Rand Roots URAI, Sutorbilt Legend, and MD Competitor (CP) blowers. Designed to match existing bolt patterns and connections, the ZZ eliminates the need for costly piping modifications or baseplate changes when replacing an existing blower. Airflow up to 2,350 CFM at pressures up to 15 PSIG. A cost-effective, high-quality alternative to OEM replacement blowers from Roots, Sutorbilt, and Tuthill.
Screw Blowers
The ISB Series screw blower delivers higher efficiency and lower noise than traditional positive displacement blowers. Seven series, each with low, medium, and high-pressure models for precise application matching.
The ISB Series screw blower is a more efficient, low-noise alternative to traditional PD blowers. Available in seven series, each with low, medium, and high-pressure models, providing airflow up to 5,725 CFM at pressures up to 36 PSIG (2.5 bar). The screw profile delivers smoother airflow with reduced pulsation compared to lobe-type blowers, resulting in lower noise levels and less vibration for sensitive applications.
Large Rotary Blowers
High airflow units for big industrial and wastewater systems. The RR/ZR series handles flows up to 52,972 CFM for the most demanding large-scale air movement applications.
The RR and ZR Series large rotary blowers deliver high airflow for wastewater treatment, biogas recovery, and other large-scale applications. Pressure up to 21.3 PSIG with flowrates up to 52,972 CFM. Built for continuous duty in the most demanding industrial environments.
The ZAS20 large rotary blower handles flow up to 42,276 CFM with a maximum differential pressure of 15 PSI and vacuum to 15″ Hg. Maximum RPM of 980 with a minimum of 730 RPM. Designed for the largest industrial air movement and wastewater treatment applications.
Bulk Truck & Vacuum Truck Blowers
Truck-mounted blowers for pneumatic conveying and vacuum applications. The ZDL and BulkMaster handle dry bulk transport while the ZCS serves vacuum truck operations.
The ZDL Series bulk truck blowers are used for pneumatic conveying of cement, dry bulk, and other materials. Four models available — ZDL509, ZDL512 (4×3), ZDL512 (4×4), and ZDL513. Drop-in replacement for GD CDL models. Features separated process and cooling air, dedicated cooling fan, easy service features, extremely low noise (less than 85 dB(A)) and low vibration, pressure and temperature gauges, external oil level gauges, and preinstalled pressure relief and check valves.
The BulkMaster 6800 is a tri-lobe truck blower and a bolt-in replacement for D807, T850, and T1050 models. Delivers 863 CFM at 20 PSIG continuous duty pressure rating. Bearing isolators ensure high temperature sealing for demanding pneumatic conveying and tanker unloading applications.
The ZCS824 is a drop-in replacement for the Roots 824RCS vacuum blower. Designed for vacuum truck and suction applications with a flow range up to 4,460 CFM, maximum differential pressure of 15 PSI, and maximum vacuum of 18″ Hg. Free air capacity up to 5,187 CFM. Operating speed range from 880 to 2,470 RPM.
