Standard Refrigeration Dryers
Refrigeration dryers provide the most economical method for drying compressed air. Their basic principle is based on condensation via cooling. The DRYPOINT RA refrigeration dryers are equipped with a BEKOMAT condensate drain as standard and prevent costly compressed air losses. Suitable for use in industry, craft trades and workshops.
Elevate your compressed air treatment with the DRYPOINT RA III — an embodiment of inspiration, innovation, and conviction. BEKO TECHNOLOGIES is pioneering new standards in user-friendliness, reliability, and efficiency with this cutting-edge refrigeration dryer. Featuring an innovative heat exchanger design, a patented hot gas bypass valve, a stable dew point, and the integrated BEKOMAT condensate drain with zero compressed air loss, the DRYPOINT RA III represents a new era in advanced refrigeration dryers. The modern design with rounded corners not only adds a contemporary touch but also facilitates a compact and space-saving installation. Intuitive IIoT-enabled controls based on Modbus RTU make monitoring and managing the dryer effortless.

The new generation of refrigeration dryers combines striving for economics with ecological responsibility. Efficiency has been redefined with the DRYPOINT RA eco series: due to the entirety of the technical characteristics, pressure loss, compressed air loss and energy consumption can be significantly reduced. Up to 55% cost savings compared to conventional refrigeration dryers in the first 5 years by utilising the intelligent control system. For volume flows less than 1,000 m³/h, the DRYPOINT RA eco functions as a cycling dryer whereby the refrigerant compressor is switched off and on based on demand. For volume flows exceeding 1,000 m³/h, the DRYPOINT RA eco combines frequency regulating of the refrigerant compressor with cycling operation.

High Pressure & High Temperature Rfrigeration Dryers
For compressed air systems operating under demanding conditions — high inlet temperatures or elevated pressures — BEKO TECHNOLOGIES offers purpose-built refrigeration dryers engineered to deliver reliable dew point performance where standard dryers cannot.
The DRYPOINT RA HT compressed-air refrigeration dryer has been specially developed for applications in which compressed air with high inlet temperatures up to 80 °C must be dried efficiently. The well thought out and sophisticated, flow-optimised design ensures low-resistance flow for compressed air. High-temperature capability delivers optimal performance for applications with elevated air temperatures. Durable design with optional TAC coating for increased longevity. Integrated pre-cooler and pre-filter ensure enhanced efficiency and protection. RS485 Modbus interface facilitates easy integration and remote monitoring.

The DRYPOINT RS HP compressed-air refrigeration dryer has been specially developed for applications in which compressed air in the pressure range of 45 bar/50 bar must be dried efficiently. This is often the case during manufacturing of PET bottles, but also to start diesel units or geological drilling machinery. The sophisticated, flow-optimised design of the stainless steel plate heat exchanger ensures low-resistance flow of compressed air. The optimised refrigeration compressor technology also ensures low energy consumption with very stable pressure dew point.

Cold-Regenerating Adsorption Desiccant Dryers
The adsorption dryers from the DRYPOINT AC design series guarantee a stable compressed air supply with increased quality by utilising a high-quality desiccant. The desiccant removes the compressed air humidity down to a pressure dew point of -40 °C, optionally down to -70 °C. This ensures smooth, trouble-free economical production processes.
The DRYPOINT ACC achieves a stable pressure dew point of -40° C at nominal load and reaches up to -70° C at a load of up to 70%. Depending on the pressure dew point, the resulting compressed air quality corresponds to humidity class 1 or 2 in accordance with ISO 8573-1:2010. The combination of intermittent operation, compressor synchronization control and — in the premium version — demand-based dew point control ensures particularly energy-efficient drying with consistently high process reliability. The space-saving design with flexible installation options allows vertical or horizontal mounting, on the wall or floor — ideal for retrofitting, machine integration and applications close to the end point. Maintenance is particularly user-friendly with a standardized cartridge type for all sizes and maintenance access from above.

The cold-regenerated DRYPOINT AC adsorption dryer guarantees a continuous supply of qualitative high-quality compressed air. Two vessels filled with desiccant are arranged in parallel. While compressed air is dried in one vessel, regeneration of the adsorption agent takes place in the other. A partial flow of already dried air is relieved via a nozzle to atmosphere pressure and routed through the desiccant bed for regeneration. The pressure dew point control system and the compressor-simultaneous control system utilise the energy-saving potential particularly efficiently and reduce the operating costs considerably. Low operating costs due to extremely low differential pressure, energy saving due to compressor synchronisation control, and loss-free reliable condensate discharge through the integrated BEKOMAT.

Heat-Regenerating Adsorption Dryers
As a heat-regenerating adsorption dryer for compressed air, the EVERDRY series offers standardized system concepts with a wide range of variable options. Complex tasks of compressed air drying of large volume flows are solved particularly economically, with customer-specific requirements met through individual solutions.
The combination of high-quality insulation, heat recovery, and the use of a high-performance adsorbent and energy monitoring allows the system to be designed for optimal energy efficiency. A positive side effect is that the higher efficiency means that the plant can be built smaller than conventional plants. The concept of a drying plant is not determined by the available technology, but by the solution-oriented, optimal technology. BEKO TECHNOLOGIES develops and manages overall project concepts tailored to customer requirements. Also suitable for demanding installation conditions in tropical areas, corrosive environments or well-insulated cold regions. Optionally available with the Sorbead eco desiccant from BASF, which delivers up to 20% lower desorption temperatures, 15% less energy consumption, and extended desiccant replacement intervals.

Membrane Dryers
Membrane dryers execute the drying process via highly-selective membranes. The method is suitable for smaller volume flow rates and has a very wide range of pressure dew points. No additional energy is required for operation. They are very well suited for the laboratory sector or mobile, space-saving solutions. The range of pressure dew points is from -40 to +15°C.
The DRYPOINT M PLUS membrane dryer with an integrated nanofilter is the innovative solution for efficient filtration and drying in one housing. It provides reliable compressed-air drying with low purge air requirement, requires no electrical energy and no environmentally harmful adsorbent agents. The integrated nanofilter increases the quality of the dried compressed air, the safety and long-term stability of the highly selective hollow fibre diaphragms. Due to its compact construction design, it is suitable for use even in cases of limited space. Since the compressed air composition is not altered in any way, the DRYPOINT M PLUS can also be utilised for respiratory air processing.

The DRYPOINT M eco control is the first example of successful development of an electronically regulated drying system in which a fixed pressure dew point between +10 °C and -26 °C or a constant distance between the compressed-air temperature and the outlet pressure dew point can be adjusted. This degree of drying is always retained even under changing operating conditions. Energy is only consumed when actual dryer performance must be provided. Constant Mode adjusts and sets a constant outlet pressure dew point. Dynamic Mode maintains a stable difference between compressed-air temperature and outlet pressure dew point. When a fixed pressure dew point is required, the DRYPOINT M eco control closes the gap between the refrigeration and adsorption dryers.
