Husky Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps
The Husky double diaphragm pumps are manufactured with your productivity in mind — providing you with one of the most reliable and efficient pumps in the market. Each membrane pump is thoroughly tested before it leaves the factory.
Designed to last — heavy duty design offers long life, increased productivity and lower overall cost of ownership. Flow rates and sizes up to 300 gpm (1,135 lpm) with port sizes ranging from 1/4″ to 3″ in NPT, BSP, and flange options. Easy maintenance — the Husky has fewer parts than industry peers, the complete air valve is externally accessible so it can be serviced fast and easy without removing the pump. The modular air valve is stall-free, low pulsation, and provides smooth and rapid changeover for increased efficiency and minimized downtime. Available in polypropylene, aluminum, and stainless steel with epoxy-coated air sections for tough environmental conditions. Lube-free operation standard. President 2-Ball pneumatic piston pumps for a wide range of applications. Stainless steel or carbon steel models available to handle various fluids. Available in ratios from 3:1 to 46:1 in stubby and drum length configurations. The President’s larger air motor delivers higher output for demanding circulation and supply applications in paint kitchens and coating lines.
Monark 2-Ball Supply Pumps offer compatibility with a number of materials. With a slightly smaller air motor than its President counterpart, the pneumatic two-ball piston pump is great for consistency and low pressure. Graco’s E-Flo 2-Ball electric supply pump is for applications requiring high pressure, up to 206 bar (3,000 psi). Plus the minimal pulsation at changeover provides a more consistent finish. The E-Flo DCi with XT technology is a compact, electric-driven supply and circulation pump that streamlines paint shop operations. With a powerful 3 or 5 hp motor, it offers flexible control between flow and pressure modes, easy PLC connectivity, and intuitive data access — while lowering energy use.
Bellows Piston Pumps
Graco’s Merkur bellows piston pumps provide low maintenance with no seals exposed to the atmosphere. These pumps are designed to eliminate conventional throat seals, providing high reliability for moisture-sensitive materials.
The Merkur Bellows Pump easily handles shear-sensitive materials, including UV coatings and waterborne materials. The pump is extremely portable, weighing between 24 lb (10.8 kg) for the standard drum length and 26 lb (11.7 kg) for the long length. Plus, it fits through a standard bung hole. Graco’s SaniForce 6:1 quick knockdown piston pumps are constructed of 300 series stainless steel. The air motor improves serviceability, increases efficiency and offers a lower cost of ownership. Sanitary piston pumps are ideal for most food-related, cosmetic and personal care applications. Fluid pressures up to 1,200 psi (83 bar) handle even the toughest materials. Available in double-ball and priming piston designs. Suitable to pump products such as cosmetics, fruit juice concentrates, creamy candy fillings, ice cream variegates, jams and jellies.
