Compressed Air Support for North Texas Plants

North Texas puts compressors through both extremes. Summer afternoons regularly pass 100°F, which drives up discharge temperatures, shortens oil life and makes coolers and dryers work harder. Hard freezes in winter can lock up condensate drains, crack drain lines and shut down outdoor dryers and skids that were never built for the cold.

We plan DFW-area service around those swings: cooler cleaning and oil analysis before the summer heat, drain, dryer and heat-trace checks before the first freeze, and maintenance intervals set by your actual run hours rather than a generic calendar.

Many Metroplex facilities run several compressors on one header, so one weak unit or a bad pressure setting can raise the power bill for the whole plant. On a service visit we look at the full system: controls, piping, dryers, drains and leaks, not just the machine that tripped.

We repair and maintain rotary screw, reciprocating, scroll, oil-free and centrifugal compressors from all major brands, including Atlas Copco, Gardner Denver, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Quincy, Sullair and ELGi.

Recent Work from Our Technicians

  • A worn drive coupling missed by a previous provider took out a bearing and shorted a 150 HP motor. We confirmed it with insulation testing and replaced the motor.
  • On an FS Curtis rotary screw tune-up we swapped the cooler, replaced the thermostatic and inlet valves and changed a long-overdue air filter in a single visit.
  • A new rotary screw vacuum pump and IOS pressure vessel were sold, installed and piped, ready to run from day one.
  • At a cement plant we set a new compressor, ran new piping, tied it into the existing air line and completed a full 4,000-hour service in the same trip.
