What Happens When You Call

  1. Call 1-830-214-6544. Day or night, weekends and holidays included. Tell us the make and model, what the unit is doing and any fault code on the controller.
  2. We dispatch a technician. Our trucks run out of New Braunfels and cover industrial sites across Texas, from the I-35 corridor to the Gulf Coast.
  3. We diagnose the root cause on site. A unit that trips on high temperature, will not load or will not start can have several causes. We test before we replace, so you are not paying for parts you did not need.
  4. We repair, rebuild or bridge the gap. Most repairs are done on the spot. If an air-end has to come out, it goes to our rebuild shop, and we can talk through rental options to keep air flowing in the meantime.

Emergencies We Handle

High-temperature shutdowns

Plugged separators, blocked coolers, failed thermostatic valves, low oil and bad fan motors are among the most common causes of a unit that trips on heat.

No start and electrical faults

Motors, starters, contactors, controllers and wiring. We check whether the problem is electrical or mechanical before anything gets condemned.

Locked-up or noisy air-ends

We confirm the failure, split the air-end from the motor and send it to our rebuild shop.

Low pressure and air loss

Failed inlet valves, sticking controls, leaks and undersized piping can all starve your process.

Wet air and dryer failures

Refrigerated and desiccant dryers, filters and condensate drains, so water and oil stay out of your lines.

Vacuum, blowers and nitrogen

Emergency service for industrial vacuum pumps, blowers, nitrogen generators and AOD pumps, not just compressors.

Before the Technician Arrives

A few details help us show up with the right parts and get you running sooner:

  • Write down or photograph the fault code and any pressure and temperature readings on the controller.
  • Do not keep resetting a unit that trips on high temperature. Repeated restarts can turn a separator or cooler problem into air-end damage.
  • Have the make, model and serial number ready, or send a photo of the nameplate.
  • Let us know if the compressor room is unusually hot or if coolers and filters look blocked.
  • Make sure our technician will have safe access to the unit and to the person who can lock it out.

Real Calls, Real Fixes

  • A Chicago Pneumatic compressor shut down on high temperature within seconds of starting. The separator element was completely plugged from skipped maintenance; we replaced it and got the unit running.
  • A customer had been told the problem was bad starters. Our technician found a locked-up air-end within an hour, and within three hours it was split from the motor and on its way to our rebuild shop.
  • An aftercooler fan motor failed at a sand plant. We replaced it and had the system back up the same day.
  • In a separate job, we replaced a 150 HP compressor motor and verified the new motor with insulation testing before putting it back in service.
  • One Google reviewer called us at 8 AM and had a technician on site by 9:47 AM.

Where We Respond

We are headquartered in New Braunfels and serve industrial facilities across Texas, including San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Corpus Christi and Dallas–Fort Worth, plus the towns and plant sites in between. We work on rotary screw, reciprocating, scroll, oil-free and centrifugal compressors from all major brands, including Atlas Copco, Bobcat, Boge, Cameron, Chicago Pneumatic, Doosan, ELGi, FS-Curtis, FS Elliott, Gardner Denver, Hanwha, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Kaishan, Quincy, Sullair and Sullivan-Palatek.

Stop the Next Emergency Before It Starts

Most of the emergency calls we answer trace back to maintenance that slipped: a separator past its life, a dirty cooler, oil that broke down in the heat. Most industrial compressors should be inspected quarterly and fully serviced every 2,000 to 4,000 operating hours, and hot or dusty compressor rooms usually need shorter intervals. We track every unit in our in-house tracking system and use oil analysis to catch wear early.

See our preventative maintenance approach, or book a compressed air audit to find the leaks and pressure problems that make compressors work harder than they should.
